Batea Oncology is a biotechnology company that emerged from research carried out at the University Hospital and the Health Research Institute of Santiago, with a clear translational approach to respond to unmet clinical needs in oncology. Our first development is GlioHook, a medical device for the treatment of glioblastoma, the most common and aggressive brain tumor, for which there are few therapeutic options and in which the 5-year survival rate is <5%.
